Ky-Mani, who is among the best-known and wealthiest Reggae Singers was born on Friday, February 26, 1976 in Falmouth Jamaica. He appeared in Shottas the cult movie featuring Wyclef. Ky-Mani signed with Shang Records for his 1996 debut Like Father Like Son album and singles such as Judge Not (with Patra), Dear Dad", (which was the number one British reggae chart),"Who the Cap (remix), Sensimelia and many more contributed to the rising recognition for the new reggae of his generation. Ky-Mani and Praswell, of the Fugees were joined in 1997 and recorded Avenue which was a cover of Eddy Grant's Electric Avenue. Marley performed at the Midem performance (an international music festival) and was first performed in Miami. Marley performed in the Cameo Theatre which was live broadcasted to 36 other nations.
